Premier Logistics celebrates 10 years in business

Premier Logistics are very proud to have reached our 10th anniversary. The last 10 years have been a challenge that has seen many changes to our business. From 2004 when we ran 1 single van to today with over 200 trucks and trailers we have certainly come a long way.

Our initial unit was one of around 2000 Sq. ft. based in Whetstone, Leicestershire. We now occupy a head office site that is over 216,000 Sq. ft. and a satellite depot in Reading that is also 50,000Sq ft. We are very proud of our achievements and our 160 plus employees are all dedicated, valued members of an exceptional team.

Our work has also become much more diverse, we now operate as part of the Pall-Ex network in 7 postcode areas, we run a large general transport fleet and carry out large contract and sub-contract work for many blue chip customers. We have also moved seriously into warehousing, with over 250,000Sq ft. of warehouse space across the country we have pick & pack, cross dock, container tipping and storage as part of our warehouse portfolio.

As part of our 10th year celebrations we are having a ‘merry’ month of May where we will be having balloons and a flag displayed on the site! We will also have 10th year anniversary stickers applied to all of our fleet and we will be carrying out many community and customer events including our ‘Grow with Premier’ campaign. Get involved with the campaign, we will be donating to the winners Charity of choice and should be a lot of fun.
